Our lilac shade was inspired by our many dog walks this spring and summer. We admired the many beautiful colours and shades, alongside the beautiful scents given out by the trees and the stunning insects attracted by the blossoms.
The shade has a series of different lilac flowers across the circumference of the shade. These have been complimented by a red admiral butterfly and bees flying amongst the beautifully bright shades of pink, purples and greens.
Our shade is made from lambswool pieces that have been stitched using free motion embroidery. The edges of pieces are "raw" and may fray slightly, this is considered part of the design. Stitched on to an off-white linen look cotton.
