delivery | UK Standard delivery: £3.95
We aim to send all orders out, first class, within 5 working days, however at busy times it can take us a little longer.
Orders sent via Royal Mail are subject to their terms. Parcels are not considered lost/ missing until 15 working days after the sending date. We are therefore unable to resend or refund for orders lost in transit until 15 working days after the dispatch date. Tracking information is available upon request.
personalisation & bespoke orders | made-to-order products may take longer to make and dispatch. Please allow 2-3 weeks. If you have a specific date in mind you require your product, please contact use to discuss your requirements. Personalisation should be thoroughly checked when placing an order, as we can accept no liability for mistakes made at this stage. Unfortunately personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
returns & refunds | we hope that you love your purchases, however, if you wish to return any product, request a refund or exchange, this must be done within 14 days of receiving your goods. These must be returned in perfect condition. We regret we can not refund postage, unless the item is faulty. All sale or custom-made items are final.
product information | every care is taken to ensure that all images and descriptions of our products are accurate. Fabrics and colours may vary slightly this may be down to screen colours, a slight variation in material colour, pattern and stitch placement. All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT at the current rates.
discount codes/ vouchers | only one discount code/ voucher can be used per transaction. Discount codes and vouchers can not be used in conjunction with any other offers.
privacy | LaudyMcB Designs are committed to ensure our customers and visitors are happy with using our website. We do not sell, rent or trade our email lists or customer information with any other businesses or organisations. When signing up to our mailing list, we only collect personal information, so that we can tell you about new products, discounts, competitions and events we will be attending, this information is not shared with any third parties. You are within your right to cancel your membership to this, please contact us to ensure your information is suitably erased.
